Jacob Richards helps clients navigate complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. 

Before joining Lehotsky Keller Cohn LLP, Mr. Richards worked in the Regulatory and Government Affairs department at WilmerHale, where he advised clients facing high-stakes state and federal government disputes. Previously, Mr. Richards served as a law clerk for Judge Patrick J. Bumatay of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. 

Mr. Richards graduated from Harvard Law School, where he served as the President of the Harvard Federalist Society, an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, and a research assistant to Professor Jack Goldsmith.
